Prefer not to use the online system? Follow these steps to get started:

1. Become an RLI Subagent:

To be assigned a subagent number or to find out if your agency already has one please e-mail rli@insurors.org or submit this form.

2. Download an application and rates and complete it in its ENTIRETY. Any changes made must be initialed by insured. NEW RATES EFFECTIVE 9/1/14

Application PUP 276 (11/13) must be used for all new business. Applications with effective dates on or after January 1, 2014 will be returned unless the PUP 276 (11/13) application is used. Click here for rates for new business effective on and after September 1, 2014 and renewal business effective after November 1, 2014.

The charge for the excess UM coverage is $150 per driver.  The underlying UM limits must equal the underlying Auto liability limits.  Click here to see the UM acceptance/rejection form sent to insured with renewal effective on and after January 1, 2011.  The form will be sent to the insured with the renewal questionnaire and the subagent does not receive a copy of these forms.  This form, PUP 261 (01/11) can also be used to add UM coverage to policies currently in force with no excess UM coverage.  The $150 per driver charge will be prorated.
