Education Opportunities

E&O Risk Management Classes

Created by IIABA and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, "E&O Risk Management: Meeting the Challenge of Change" is the seminar that looks at agency E&O risk management from the agency perspective and addresses the fundamentals of reducing E&O exposure in today's ever-changing agency operations.  While the direct premium savings from attending this seminar can be significant for policyholders, it is the potential changes in agency operations learned that can have a game-changing effect on agency E&O exposure.  Claims data reveals that no matter the size, business mix or geographic region, agencies that attend the seminar have better claims experience.

Insurors offers in-person classes as well as classes through our online education partner The Agents and Brokers Education Network (ABEN), founded by state associations of independent insurance agents. ABEN courses are broken up into five 2-hour blocks and each is good for two hours of Continuing Education credit in Tennessee.

The courses are appropriate for all agency employees. Insurors members whose E&O coverage is written with Westport or Fireman's Fund through Insurors may qualify for a 10% loss control credit. Conditions apply to receive credit. If you are interested in learning more please visit  our ABEN site here or contact Insurors at 800.264.1898 or e-mail info@insurors.org.
