Tennessee InsurPAC is a registered political action committee focused on providing financial and informational support to candidates and members of the Tennessee General Assembly who believe in a competitive free enterprise system and are dedicated to the promotion and preservation of a competitive insurance climate. This political action committee is a nonprofit state wide organization that is not affiliated with any political party.

Each legislative session brings a new round of proposed legislation directed toward the insurance industry. Over the past several years, InsurPAC TN's lobbyists have been able to block several key pieces of legislation that could have had a tremendous impact on our industry.

The Truth About Political Funding

Political Action Committees give a voice to people who singularly may not be heard on a wide range of issues.

Lobbyist make sure that this voice is heard by informing, educating, and counseling legislators on important topics relative to upcoming legislation and making certain that legislators fully understand the impact of a particular bill or legislative package.
