How Do I Submit New Business?

1. Become an RLI Subagent

To be assigned a subagent number or to find out if your agency already has one please email rli@insurors.org.

2. Download an application and rates and complete it in its ENTIRETY. Any changes made must be initialed by insured.

Policies effective on or after July 1, 2010 MUST use revised rates. Click here for rates and application for policies effective on or after July 1, 2010.

For new business with effective dates on or after October 1, 2009 application 276 (09/09) must be used. Applications submitted using and edition date other than (09/09) will be returned. Click here for the application, rates and the PUP Special rates.

BE SURE TO CHECK PAGE 2 OF THE APPLICATION FOR ELIGIBILITY. SEE RATES ON PAGE 6 and 7.

3. Mail the completed application and a check payable to Insurors of Tennessee for the gross premium to
