Provide effective and prompt support to Account Managers and Account Executives in busy Commercial Lines Entertainment Focued Brentwood office.
Proactively works to maintain client relationships in collaboration with Account Managers/Executives and Producers per departmental structure.
Provide prompt response on internal and external client initiated requests in all policy maintenance areas such as certificates, loss runs, experience reports, endorsements, etc. Effectively and efficiently resolves all issues within company minimum standards.
Accurately research as needed, issue, and deliver requested certificates of insurance in a timely manner.
Prepare proposals and/or summaries compiling and evaluating required data as needed. Correct and/or amend as requested.
Review and process all money endorsement including, but not limited to, invoicing and delivery.
Process endorsement requests to/from the carrier including proactive follow up.
Work with Account Manager/Executive and/or Producer to obtain renewal and/or new business information; prepare documents as needed.
Update applications when moving from submission to renewed status to reflect all changes (rates, coverages, etc.), confirm system indicates “bound”, update client and policy “basic” information and check all for accuracy.

Understand and utilize both agency and departmental Policies & Procedures and agency Errors & Omissions guidelines in all transactions. These transactions include, but are not limited to, timely maintenance of suspense system and maintenance of electronic and/or physical files in a concise manner.
Perform receptionist duties (Tennessee) or provide back up as needed (California).
Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Must be licensed by Home Department of Insurance in Property and Casualty and have familiarity with Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably entertainment.
Must be able to work in a fast paced & rapidly changing environment and interact cordially with clients, carriers and co-workers.
Must have a technical and professional skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook. AMS360 a huge plus.
Must communicate well with both internal and external customers; be well organized, able to prioritize, handle tasks independently and follow them through to completion.
Must have the ability manage conflicting projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. during crunch times and manage several simultaneously
