Opening Night Concert
Enjoy an evening of great music with our headline entertainer, six-time Grammy winner Amy Grant, along with some special guests.
Breakout Sessions
This year’s education offerings are designed to help maximize your productivity and your agency’s earning power. In our first session, join renowned presenter David Humes as he teaches you how to optimize your e-mail workflow productivity in his course, "Double Your Productivity Using Outlook." Our second session will help you learn about the opportunities and benefits of utilizing Big "I" Markets for your agency. You will also learn how easy it is to get started, research markets and get fast quotes by utilizing the Big "I" Markets
online portal.
Optional Event - Nashville Tour of the Stars
Enjoy a driving tour through the neighborhoods of the elite country music artists who call Nashville their home. While on your tour, you will see the homes of country music greats such as Alan Jackson, former home of Vince Gill and Amy Grant, Ronnie Milsap, Dolly Parton, Bryan White, Martina McBride, Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks, the late Web Pierce, the late Hank Williams, Trisha Yearwood, the late Tammy Wynette, Lori Ann Crook and Little Jimmy Dickens. View more on the tour here.
Optional Event - Clay Shooting Outing
Join convention sponsors InsBank and Finworth Mortgage for a clay shooting outing on the clay target complex at the Nashville Gun Club, one of the top shooting facilities in the Southeast. After lunch and some instruction and safety tips, attendees will receive a round of 100 sporting clays. Guns are available to rent or you may bring your own. Shooters must provide their own ammo.
Company Night
Join some of our company partners at special receptions to network and build relationships.
Conferment, Association Day Breakfast and Annual Business Meeting
Our Tuesday General Session will feature an interesting and informative guest speaker, incoming Big "I" National Chairman Mike Miley. We will then host our 2010 Conferment Ceremony sponsored by The National Alliance. Then finally, our annual business meeting and association day brunch will wrap up the convention. The meeting will also serve as the platform for installing our 2011 Board.
Golf
Golf Tournament (full registrants only)
The beautiful 18-hole "Belle Meade" course at the exclusive Belle Meade Country Club has a longstanding spot on the Top Ten courses of Tennessee and its reputation is well deserved. The Rees Jones design is challenging and missed fairways find a heavy Bermuda rough that takes skill to shoot from. Tee placement is essential and approach shots are to complex greens surrounded by bunkers, water or both. Several creeks run through the course and lakes with stone banking and bridges add to the natural beauty. The track plays well for any handicap and the
conditioning is always immaculate. The Belle Meade golf course opened in 1901. View more here.
